Office Space 2008?

Thank you all very much for all the sweet and supporting comments you guys left on my previous post. It actually helped! :)

I have much to tell you about some of what happened in the Bay Area during the past few weeks (in fact, I might even have a few pictures to show you, we'll see ;) but right now, after working pretty much non-stop on stressful stuff during the past 6 weeks, I feel like could use a nap...

So when I saw this device (above) in the paper today, I immediately started fantasizing about it a little bit.

Sleep deprivation is something most of us are familiar with, unfortunately, so I thought I'd share this with all of you. I couldn't find out how much that thing costs, but pretty much everything else you want to know about the device is at this website.

Come on, you know you want one! ;)

See you soon!

Myself, I don't think I would like my head in that thing. I like my head uncovered.

Enfin de retour!
I missed you. I don't have to go to work anymore so I can nap at home. Does it come with a timer? I like a blanket too. I suppose you could add those on. . .

So glad to read from you.
Enfin la tête hors de l'eau !

Would be fun to try one of those "Metronaps", I'll know if I am claustrophobic or not.
In France, it is not yet really welcome to take a nap at work, despite it is proved to help people being more efficient.
But so much is changing right now so....

This device is definitely not for claustrophobic people! I guess the intent is to keep people isolated from anything that may be going on around them, noise, phones, faxes, computers and ... co-workers!

We are not taking naps where I work, believe me. :)

I need one of those at home, too. Just looking at it makes me want a nap.
