July in San Francisco /Juillet a SF

You didn't think the Fog was going to forget about San Francisco, did you? I took this picture on Tuesday, towards the end of the afternoon. But the weather has changed again since ... and... well, you'll see, because I have a little surprise for you, and it should be up on the blog in a couple of days.

I love the pics in your previous post but this is the REAL SF in July and August...Have a friend who lives just off California St. near SF State...hardly ever sees the sun after 4pm.

Michael:

Mark Twain once said "the coldest winter he could remember was a summer in San Francisco".

Mark Twain! I was just gonna say that!! Dr. Denton beat me to it! :)

Michael: Yes, the fog has a wonderful cooling effect. But you know, it can disappear as quickly as it came ...
